Charles Leddy
Chief Executive Officer
Charles Leddy is an accomplished and proven business leader, with over 20 years of executive management experience with some of the world’s leading companies, including McKinsey & Company and Starbucks Corporation. Prior to taking on executive-level roles, Charles established his foundational capabilities in corporate finance (investment banking), corporate M&A and accounting. Responsible for the overall leadership and corporate strategy of Presidian, he is an expert in project feasibility, corporate finance, marketing, strategic planning, acquisitions and general management. Charles graduated with academic distinction from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia, where he formerly served on the Corporate Advisory Board. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration & Accounting from Washington and Lee University.

Chris George
Area Director of Operations
Chris, a native Texan, also possesses over 20 years of hospitality leadership experience. Chris has spent the majority of his career leading properties in the Hilton family of brands, both select and full-service, and does have experience leading independently-branded hotels as well. Early in his career, Chris’ hospitality path took him to Saint Louis, New Orleans, and Omaha before returning him to his home state of Texas. Chris and his wife Cristine have two children, Gwendolyn and Owen. Outside of work, when Chris is not volunteering as a soccer coach for his kid’s teams, he can either be found at the lake or the river enjoying time outdoors. Chris’ favorite quote is “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”

Doak Walker
Executive Vice President of Operations
Doak Walker brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to our Presidian Team, serving over 25 years during that span in a leadership capacity. Doak has worked for a number of independently flagged properties in the Preferred Hotels and Resorts collection as well as brands such as Omni, Hilton and Marriott. Doak possesses extensive operations, finance, spa and sales experience that he utilizes to ensure the hotels in our portfolio are performing at their highest level. Doak sits on the executive committee of the San Antonio Hotel and Lodging Association and is very active in the local San Antonio Hotel community. Doak has served in multiple roles during his career in hospitality and takes a great deal of pride in mentoring future generations of leadership.

Alex Alston
Director of Human Resources
Alex brings over 16 + years of experience in the hospitality industry. He's worked for companies like Expedia, Sea World, and Walt Disney World, several of those years were dedicated to the area he is most passionate about, human resources and organizational strategy. Alex serves as a strategic business partner focused on employee relations, learning and development, and employee growth initiatives. He provides counsel and support to all of our hotels to help them achieve strategic and operational goals while mitigating risk. Along with strong business acumen, his comprehensive background in recruitment, retention, payroll, compensation, labor relations, policy interpretation, and training has resulted in strong and trusting relationships with all he works with. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Restaurant Hotel Institutional Management from Texas Tech University. Alex finds that the most fulfilling part of his job is the ability to watch the employee progress in their career paths, especially in the hospitality industry that he has made his career in and cares so much about.

Sandra Martinez
Area Director of Operations
A native of San Antonio, Sandra brings over 20 years of hospitality leadership experience to her role, with 10 years of tenure as a General Manager for Presidian Hospitality. In addition to her Marriott experience, and prior to joining Presidian, Sandra worked for AHH! Management Group, providing above-property oversight to a diverse portfolio of IHG properties, both select and full-service. Sandra is a proud mother of two sons who currently serve our country, one in the Air Force and another in the Army. In her free time, Sandra enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and serves as a parishioner in her church. Recently Sandra was appointed Core Director for ACTS, overseeing all retreats for St. Mary Magdalene.

Steve Kirkland
Vice President of Finance & Accounting
Steve Kirkland is a hospitality veteran with over 15 years in the industry. He entered in 2003 as a Night Auditor with Westmont Hospitality and was later promoted to Assistant Controller. In 2008, Steve started with White Lodging in accounts receivable and ultimately became their Director of Finance. Prior to joining Presidian in 2017 as Corporate Controller, he worked with Remington Hotels as Director of Finance, having begun in 2015. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University.

Natalia Delgado-Rao
Director of Revenue Management
Natalia Delgado-Rao is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry. Though she began her career in operations, she found her niche in revenue management and has pursued that passion for over 20 years. An expert in Marriott and Hilton brands, she has worked with full-service, focus-select-service, and extended-stay hotels from small-town markets to the large convention city of Las Vegas to maximize their revenues, optimize their mix of sales, and assist the hotel teams with the best strategic decisions for their properties. Before joining the Presidian family in 2019, Natalia developed strategies for portfolios with franchise partners and Marriott International. She received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University.

Caleb DuBose

Caleb is an accomplished hospitality leader with over 30 years of experience across a diverse range of brands. His journey in the industry began during his teenage years, inspired by his mother’s role in hotel Sales & Marketing. What started as a summer job in the kitchen, doing food prep and washing dishes, quickly became a passion, as Caleb realized hospitality was a natural fit for him. Throughout his career, Caleb has built a strong reputation for revitalizing underperforming operations, implementing strategic improvements, and driving significant sales growth. He excels in team building, hiring, training, and developing staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Outside of work, Caleb is a proud father of two daughters, aged 25 and 22, and a 17-year-old son. He enjoys spending his free time with family, BBQing, and enjoying boat and beach days.

Robert's journey in hospitality began after his graduation from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where he majored in Management and Human Resources. Armed with a solid educational foundation, he embarked on a career that would see him work with some of the most prominent hotel brands in the industry. An accomplished professional with an illustrious career spanning over three decades in the hospitality industry, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. His unwavering commitment to employee growth initiatives and a passion for training and development have shaped his reputation as a valuable asset to Presidian.

Mary Gonzalez
Area Director of Human Resources
Mary Gonzalez is a dedicated professional with a deep passion for the hospitality industry and a strong commitment to working with people. Her career in hospitality began at the Marriott Riverwalk Downtown, marking the start of a journey through some of the most iconic properties in the industry. Mary has contributed her expertise at the Historical Emily Morgan Hotel, Holiday Inn Airport, and Sheraton Gunter Downtown, gaining valuable experience and insight into the unique demands of hospitality. She devoted an impressive 18 years to the DoubleTree by Hilton, now the Estancia del Norte, where she played a pivotal role in shaping its success. Throughout her career, Mary has focused exclusively on Human Resources, leveraging her talents to foster supportive, people-first environments in every organization she’s been a part of. Beyond her professional achievements, Mary cherishes her time with her family. She is married with three children and adores spending time with her grandchildren. Her hobbies include reading, walking, and making candles—a creative outlet that reflects her vibrant and caring personality. Mary’s lifelong dedication to hospitality and people continues to leave a lasting impact on those she works with and serves.

Andy Hearon
Area Director of Sales & Marketing
Andy brings over 30 years of experience in all aspects of sales, catering, reservations, and revenue management to his role. He possesses experience in select service, full service, upscale and luxury properties. He has worked with IHG, Hilton and Marriott national brands as well as historic and independent hotels. Andy attended Texas Tech University where he majored in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management. He later co-instructed courses in that discipline at the University. Andy has previously served on the board of directors for the Paseo del Rio Association where he held the position of Vice President for four years. He currently serves on the TPID board, a position he has held since 2018.

Mark Nelson
Area Director of Engineering
Mark is a distinguished professional with a rich and diverse background, characterized by dedication, leadership, and a deep commitment to excellence. As a native of Illinois, he proudly served his country in the United States Armed Forces, embodying the values of discipline, honor, and service that have continued to shape his remarkable career. Mark embarked on the first chapter of his working career in the manufacturing sector, where he quickly rose to prominence. He held pivotal leadership positions with industry giants, including Hansen Technologies and The Howe Corporation, both renowned suppliers of refrigeration components. His contributions to these organizations left an indelible mark on their success. Mark's expertise extended beyond manufacturing as he ventured into corporate purchasing with Cenveo Inc., the largest envelope provider in the United States. His ability to navigate complex procurement landscapes demonstrated his adaptability and versatility in various professional domains. A significant chapter of Mark's life unfolded when he relocated to Hawaii, embarking on a new career in maintenance and engineering. This journey ultimately led him to San Antonio in 2019. His wealth of experience and leadership capabilities further solidified his reputation as a formidable force in the industry. In 2021, Mark joined the Presidian Family, where his impact and contributions have continued to be celebrated. He was recently honored with the prestigious Presidian Bravo Award, a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence. His dedication to both his professional and personal pursuits stands as a model of integrity, leadership, and a profound love for life and its many facets. Mark is a true exemplar of excellence, and his contributions continue to inspire those fortunate enough to work alongside him.

Teresa brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to her role and possesses experience in select service, full service and upscale properties. Teresa has worked with IHG, Hilton and Marriott, as well as independent brands during her career. Before moving to Texas, Teresa worked for the Hilton Los Angeles Airport, offering over 85,000 sq ft of event space and the Hilton Anaheim, with over 105,000 sq ft of event space.

Patrick Mullinix brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality and franchise industries, having held key leadership roles at Advantage Hotels, Inc., Cobblestone Hotels, Red Lion Hotels Corporation, and Vantage Hospitality Group. With a strong background in franchise sales, commercial real estate, and hotel contract negotiation, Patrick has played a pivotal role in driving growth and strategic expansion within the industry. Patrick earned his Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from Texas Tech University (2004–2015), equipping him with a deep understanding of property development and investment. His expertise extends to hotel new construction, operational strategy, and fostering successful partnerships that enhance brand value and profitability. With a passion for hospitality and an eye for strategic development, Patrick continues to contribute to the industry's evolution, leveraging his skills to create opportunities and drive success.

Jennifer Cronin
Accounting Manager
Jennifer Cronin has over 14 years of experience as a Staff Accountant. At Presidian, she has provided accounting support to the entire portfolio of hotels. Jennifer assists hotels in the monthly accounting functions and in producing financial statements for owners, along with a variety of accounting functions for Presidian Corporate and the CFO. She has also worked at the La Mansión del Rio, an Omni property, as the Credit Manager and was responsible for collecting on AR accounts for the Omni La Mansión del Rio and the Mokara Hotel & Spa, both properties located on the San Antonio River Walk.

Erica McGhee
Revenue Manager
Erica first joined Presidian in Sep 2019 as GM of our Hampton Bulverde Hotel, then followed as GM of Candlewood Suites SeaWorld, Generalist Support in HR, and most recently as Revenue Management Analyst. During her most recent role, she went well above and beyond the parameters of that role, applying her experiences in her prior roles to be a system liaison, as we audited the auto data-mapping of all our hotels’ PMS systems with the accounting platform of HIA, assisted HR as we simultaneously onboarded 3 Holiday Inns and the independent Hillside Hotel, and most recently worked on a special project team to overhaul our Presidian flash report. Her dedication to all things Presidian has made her an expert in most Presidian processes and systems, the systems and processes of the brands we represent, and is a student of the ones she doesn’t know yet.

Anderson recently graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Human Resource Management. He pursued a degree in Human Resources because of his love of helping others and for business. He has worked in the Human Resource Department at LSU and TDIndustries Inc. Anderson is both knowledgeable and passionate about strategic management and employee compensation. He is very excited to teach his coworkers about their employee benefits while researching unique benefits to add to Presidian.

Adel has been with the Presidian Family since 11/28/2023 at our Holiday Inn Express property in Dripping Springs as their Sales Coordinator. She brings a skilled knowledge of Finance as well as meticulous attention to detail. We are thrilled to see what she will bring to the table as well as how she will help provide support to our leaders on the property. Once trained Adel will help the accounting team with AP, AR, and property accounting and end of month tasks.

Currently serving as a Revenue Management Analyst at Presidian Hospitality Savana works alongside the Corporate Director of Revenue Management to analyze market trends, implement strategic pricing models, and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of properties. She leverages advanced analytics tools to provide data-driven insights that improve operational efficiencies and cost management.
Prior to her current role, Savana was the Assistant General Manager at Hampton Inn Bulverde, where she led the front office team to consistently achieve Hilton’s recognition for Excellent Customer Service. She played a pivotal role in daily operations, ensuring high guest satisfaction while managing financial reporting and driving profitability.
Savana's expertise spans financial reporting, sales alignment, data analytics, staff development, and guest service excellence. She is a systems- and process-oriented leader, focused on maximizing asset value through strategic decision-making.
She holds certifications in Leadership Development, TABC, Food Handling, and Operations Flight School, further demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Upon graduation, Tim Jones gained invaluable work experience in various fields, from the metal industry to the food service industry. Tim's ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing work environments has made him a valuable asset to the Presidian team.
