Growing as a First-Class Hotel Development Group
Presidian is a full-service real estate development, construction management and hotel management company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. As specialists in hotel development and management projects throughout the U.S., Presidian has earned a national reputation of excellence and dependability over the past two decades with its impressive track record of successfully developing and managing over $500 million in successful real estate projects.
Since 1989, founder Drake Leddy and his team have taken Presidian from a young hotel consulting group to a national hotel company that has developed, acquired and managed over 30 hotels across the United States including complex full-service hotels and adaptive reuse of historical buildings. With the launch of its management division in 1999, Presidian’s impressive portfolio of hotels and residential properties expanded to include such leading brands as Hilton, Starwood, IHG, Marriott and Hyatt. Drake Leddy’s son, Charles Leddy, took over leadership of Presidian in late 2013 after spending 15 years in executive management roles with some of the world’s leading companies, including McKinsey & Company and Starbucks Corporation. With Charles in leadership, Jeanette Mosley (Presidian’s CFO for the past 12 years) continuing as CFO, a well-tenured corporate leadership team and Drake serving as Chairman of the Board, Presidian is poised well for long-term growth.
Whether we're developing, acquiring or managing, at Presidian we strive to always surpass client expectations, because that's simply what we expect of ourselves. That's the secret of "Better Hospitality."
